For this vintage, our Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel and 50% was aged with French oak producing a complex array of flavours ranging from apple to white nectarine with a hint of cocoa and baking spices on the finish. Pair this wine with rich seafood, roasted chicken or a creamy pasta.
