Large Group Experience

Thank you for considering Ridge Road Winery for your group get-together!  In order to accommodate your needs and reserve a space for your group, we kindly ask you to fill in the details below so we can assist in planning your visit and ensure a memorable experience. For the enjoyment of all our guests, please note our large group policies:

• Any groups of 11-25 guests fall into our large group booking policy and are subject to one bill and an 18% automatic gratuity.
• Large group bookings include a 2-hour seating time at two long harvest tables inside our outdoor covered barn space, which provides both rain and shade coverage.
• After making your selections, you will be sent an invoice that is to be paid in full at least one week prior to your visit to confirm your booking.
• We ask that you pre-order food and beverages so that we can efficiently serve you when you arrive (our menu will be provided to you when you communicate your desire to book). If time allows, additional wine by the glass or food can be purchased during your visit. A minimum $200 food and beverage purchase is required.
• As this is not a private rental, other guests may be seated in the barn with your group. We do not allow any outside food or decor.
