Call Me A Cab

2013 Call Me a Cab - A blend of Cabernet and Merlot, this wine has very unique cedar notes with dark bramble fruit. A great BBQ wine

2015 Rosé - Made from 100% Gamay Noir. It's beautiful cranberry colour and vibrant strawberry and cranberry flavours make this a perfect wine to pair with your favourite summer meals.

Pinot Gris

2013 Pinot Gris - Made in the Alsatian style, this wine spent 16 hours on the skins giving it a light pink hue, rich mouthfeel and loads of fruit.

2013 Intersection - We sourced Chardonnay Musque and Viognier, two grape varietals that are not widely
grown in Niagara, and blended them together to create a unique and aromatic white that presents white peach and jasmine floral notes on the nose. Ripe peach, tropical fruit, and
vanilla hints on the palate pair beautifully with fresh seafood salads, or pork tenderloin with mango chutney. Serve slightly chilled at a temperature of 8 to 11 C.

Cross Roads White

2015 Cross Roads White - People are always looking for a reasonably priced, great quality, every day white wine and here it is! Crisp, fruity and off dry, this wine goes with everything from poultry to seafood.

2014 Riesling - Made from both Weis and 49 clones, this Riesling offers fresh, fruity aromas reminiscent of jasmine and peach followed by flavours of crisp tropical fruit, lemon, and white grapefruit zest. Served at a temperature of 8 to 10 C, this is a perfect everyday sipping wine and a great match for seafood or roasted chicken salad.

2012 Chardonnay - After 24 months in oak, this intense wine has coconut and pineapple with a definite "whisky" note...not for the faint of heart!

Cross Roads Red

This deep, rich blend of Baco Noir and Marechal Foch displays intense black fruit and great backbone of acidity that makes it a perfect match with pizza, ribs or pasta
