2011 Gamay - Gamay is a lighter red wine that has lots of nice red fruit with a little bit of white pepper. It goes really well with a wide range of meats and is a nice, easy drinking red wine for those that want a more subtle and less oaky red. Release date: March 2012
2009 Baco Noir - Baco is consistently dark and intense no matter what the year. This example is no exception with blueberry, clove and vanilla on the nose. Black fruit and a nice backbone of acidity best describe the flavours which make this wine a perfect match for stews, red meats and heavier fare. Release date: March 2012
2010 Merlot - Our first Merlot has rich fruit, silky tannins and a velvety smooth finish that lingers. This wine spent 16 months in French and American oak which contributes to its overall complexity. Release date: March 2012
2011 Pinot Gris - This Pinot Gris has a full mouthfeel and nice tree fruit characteristics of peach and pear. The wine was partially fermented in French oak which contributes to a subtle oak nuance in the finish. Release date: March 2012
2011 "Orange Cap" Riesling - This off-dry Riesling projects tropical fruit and star anise on the finish. It has balanced acidity and a clean refreshing finish that is perfect for the patio. Release date: April 2012
2011 Intersection - This blend of Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Chardonnay is a carry over of our very popular blend from 2010. It has aromas of lychee with floral notes typical to Gewurtraminer. The aromas follow through into the flavours of the dry white wine and finishes with a hint of rose petal....a very intriguing wine and great with Thai food!. Release date: May 2012
